Traditional Leadership Training is based on teaching skills…on the “doing” of leadership. In fact, you need to be the leader, not do it!  When you are leading with confidence and vision, your employees will simply follow you: that is Leadership. Structure

The Programme is structured in 4 Modules, the precise delivery of which will be tailored to the particular needs of each individual client organization:

Module 1: Basic Leadership focusing on communication and pulling the team together.

Module 2: Intermediate Leadership focusing on understanding people and improving employee performance.

Module 3: Advanced Leadership focusing on mentoring and management performance.

Module 4: Mastery focusing on strategic vision and driving the Vision.

Delivery

Each module will be delivered through a full day interactive workshop, which will include a personal neuroscience profile, such as Brain Dominance and Emotional Capital.  This will be followed up by 1-2-1 Executive Coaching to debrief the individual’s profile and to ensure that newly found knowledge is put into practice straight away within the working environment.

What you will learn:

  • You will start by looking inside and learning about yourself; this allows you to behave (and lead) with real integrity
  • You will learn how to be self aware and manage your emotions, maintaining the right state to lead at all times
  • You will learn about the 93% of human communication that is not based on language. You will learn to be far more effective in communication, as well as learning to understand others better
  • You will learn how to manage relationships, both with individuals and with teams.
  • You will learn the 6 leadership styles; good leaders have at least 4 of these always available to them
  • You will develop your own Leadership Profile
  • You will discover your Ideal Leadership Self and your Actual Leadership Self, learning strengths and gaps within the 6 styles.
  • You will put your own Learning Agenda together, so that you can experiment, practice and then get to Mastery at work
